Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will initiate a refund within 24 hours and the amount will reflect within 3-5 working days.

Your order amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you.

Due to the complex temperature and packaging requirements for shipping kombucha bottles, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed promptly and shipped through trusted courier network, allowing for timely and secure delivery right to your doorstep.

Orders within Mumbai and Bangalore are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from dispatch. We prioritize faster delivery in these cities to maintain product quality and freshness.

For the rest of India, deliveries are usually completed within 4–6 business days depending on the location. Timelines may vary slightly due to external factors such as public holidays, weather, or courier delays.
